I was away for a work conference in Boston! Which was awesome because it was Boston. But was not so awesome because I had to eat out for every meal and let’s just say it was a bad, bad week where eating and drinking are concerned.

HOWEVER! The hotel had a really awesome gym and I went every day. Except the day that I…wait for it…RAN MY FIRST EVER 5 K! AHH. I didn’t even know I was doing it til I got there (my ab muscles aren’t doing so great right now, though, so perhaps training would have been in order had I known) but I did it! I walked probably about 200 yards total (in two different increments) and ran the rest! THAT’S SO GOOD FOR ME. I thought I was going to faint…but Jillian Michaels was in my head the whole time telling me that unless I throw up, faint, or die, I have to keep going! And I made it! It was also SUPER beautiful because it was along the Charles River at like 7 am in the morning, with the sun rising and stuff. Just gorgeous!

I plan to do another one soon (and to train for it!) and to make it all the way straight this time! :)

I weighed in at 149.5 today! WOOT. only 9.5 lbs to go!!!!!!

January 9- March 9: 161 lbs-151 lbs.

But I seriously have like no time for tumblr these days! I have so much homework and stuff to do.

I wanted to update you: I’m 14 lbs down :)

I was bad this weekend for the first time since January…like really bad. But I’m back! And I’m refocused!

Happy notes will help me keep on track! :)

I am officially ending February 6.5 lbs lighter than I started it!

And I am 13.5 lbs lighter than I started with on January 1, 2012 :)

Down 13 lbs, 12 to go. WOO.

Hi guys! I know I’ve been slow with the updates lately, but I promise I’m keeping on track. School is just really busy so I don’t have the self control time to get on tumblr as much anymore. Though, I do try to reblog stuff.

Right now I am at 154!!!! AH. So excited. That means I am 11 lbs down and ONLY 4.5 AWAY FROM GETTING MY BIKE. 

I want updates on you guys too! how has it been going? Ups and downs? Concerns?

Feeling sick still.

But I ate really well so far today. Kashi go lean for breakfast, peach for snack, slim fast for lunch, and string cheese for snack. Now, dinner will not be so good. My boyfriend and I are going out for baltimore restaurant week for our Valentine’s Day Dinner (early). So, I will eat what I want tonight, but I’ve been extra good today to afford it. I will also (hopefully) go back to working out tomorrow as long as I feel up to it. And then it’s back on plan!

Weighed in at 158. 5 again today :) I’m at -6.5 :)

Weigh-in: 158.5!!!! :)

That means I’ve lost 6.5 lbs :)!!!

Which is surprising because yesterday was my day to eat like crap. I don’t think I went over my basic metabolic cal limit, but the fat was definitely high. But, I’m sick so maybe my body is working extra  hard to fight off the sickness?

Breakfast this morning: 2 eggs whites with a slice of 2% milk american cheese on sara lee multigrain toast (just one slice—it’s like a half sandwich) with olivio margarine (1/2 tablespoon) and smucker’s no artificial sugar jelly (I love jelly on my egg sandwiches—for the 25 cals, it’s worth it!) = 195 cals! And it’s so, so good. Lots of protein, good carbs, and some fiber! :)

Still sick today, but my outlook is good!
